We are a private organisation based in the South Island of New Zealand. We run courses worldwide in the blade shearing of sheep. Our Instructors are experienced New Zealand Blade Shearers.

The Shearing Sheep team includes:

• Open class NZ title holders
• Members of the New Zealand National Shearing Team
• Consultants to blade shears manufacturers

We have international blade shearing experience in South Africa, South America, Europe, Australia and the United States.

We work for local farmers, contractors and government aid agencies,
providing Blade Shearing Instruction and Training where sheep numbers and
farming practices do not justify the cost of machine shearing.

Our internationally experienced instructors create training programmes to suit specific work conditions, needs and cultures - for experienced or novice shearers.
